These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Emerald Ionian Sea. By making a booking, you fully accept the following terms.
1. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is confirmed only after company confirmation
- A deposit may be required to secure the booking
2. Payments
- Prices include VAT and fuel (unless otherwise stated)
- Full payment is required before or on the day of the experience
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or upon agreement
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled date
- Late cancellations may incur charges
- No-shows may be charged the full amount
4. Weather Conditions
- The company reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to weather
- In such cases, rescheduling or full refund will be offered
5. Safety & Compliance
- Guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times
- The company is not liable for injuries caused by non-compliance
- Dangerous or illegal items are strictly prohibited
6. Client Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
- Any damage caused to the boat may be charged
- Responsible behavior is expected at all times
7. Itinerary Changes
- Routes may change due to weather or safety reasons
- The captain has full authority over the itinerary
8. Alcohol Consumption
- Allowed in moderation
- The company reserves the right to terminate the trip in case of excessive consumption
9. Company Liability
Emerald Ionian Sea is not responsible for:
- Delays due to force majeure
- Weather conditions
- Loss of personal belongings
10. Personal Data
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law.
